When I was told I needed a knee replacement in October I frantically searched for alternatives and spoke to at least 15 clinics about stem cells. I spoke to Diego at Innova and he was the first one to explain to me why my knee was turning inward and patiently explained the whole process to me. He told me not to cancel my surgical date, but to arrange for stem cells, exosomes and hyaluronic acid from an osteopath, and then get anotehr MRI before the surgery to see what progress had been made and cancel it then. Diego was fantastic, arranging everything from my pick up in Tiajuana to my hotel roroms and fun amenities like a hyperfbaric O2 chamber and a hudrogen O2 bath! He was unable to be in Tijuana but Andrea was wonderful and so supportive in his place. I had the stem cell procedure on Aug 12 and my knees were a bit sore for a couple of days, but Diego was very responsive, helping me with every questiion I had. It has been 10 days since my surgery and I feel great and am initiating physical therapy as well. We havent taken a new MRI yet, but Im sure I will cancel the surgery. Diego was a dream to work with was Andrea and the reponsive driver as well. Everyone was welcoming and very very special. Thank you Innova for having these wonderful employees!

I came in with a diagnosis from my US doctor with chronicle kidney failure or chronicle kidney disease, CKD. But when I went to see the great doctor and staff at this place, they definitely found a way to treat me so that I no longer have chronic kidney disease, and they told me that they would diagnose me with acute kidney failure. And so they could treat me with some Stemcells, And make it so that my cute kidney failure would never turn back into chronic kidney failure! They were top-notch, followed up daily, and made me feel very comfortable, even though I’m a person who faints with needles. But, thank goodness I went to a place like this, that the doctor stood by the whole time, because within second, she was able to put my mind at ease and take care of my panic attack or my fainting with her medical Attention and expertise! I couldn’t say more great things about this place and if you have a need for Stemcells or are considering them, no matter who you’ve already talk to. I would at least give them a call! If nothing more than a second opinion, and you feel like going with the other place first, then you might do that. I did it with two other places, and I definitely felt like I picked the right one!
